Problems with photo sizing

Help....

I just started my shop and I'm having problems with photo sizing. For some reason when zooming into my photos they won't enlarge. I have only one photo that will zoom and the rest remain the same size. I've followed Etsy's pixel size of 570 pixels and it still won't work. Does anyone have some advice.

Hi, Jane, I use the Microsoft Office photo manager to crop, and I try to crop wider than taller. You might also consider using plain backgrounds so your beautiful purses pop. Good luck!

I'll give that a try. And maybe the plain backgrounds are better. Do you think there's too much going on?

the pictures are 570 pixels minimum. If you use larger pictures, they will enlarge, because they are bigger. :)

I set either my height or my width at 1000 pixels and it zooms fine. It's what ETSY said is the largest it will accept (I think). Also something I've learned and I'm getting ready to go back and fix some photos with my new camera is that it's important to make sure your item is centered well. Too high or too low and it gets cropped funny. That's if you make large photos.

The above advice is correct.

If you're uploading the minumum size (570px) they won't zoom. If you upload the Maximum size (1000px) they will zoom just like they're supposed to.
