Problems with USPS tracking

Hello everyone!!! I need your help, I have a problem tracking some packages with USPS, some of them are not updated or maybe are stuck in a PO office, does anybody has the USPS email address? I cannot call them because it will be so expensive to do it from Mexico.

USPS tracking is notoriously bad. They may not have any answers for you. Every time I have gone through the trouble of calling and/or filing a complaint I get nowhere and loose a lot of time.

I could contact with them on twitter, they just sent me some emails saying they will try to search for my packages.... But nothing more, that was days ago....Anne, I know about the contact option, but I can just fill out the form if I am from United States and I'm from Mexico.... That's why I need their email... Thank you anyway :)
