Hello everyone! There is a recently issue, I sent an item to Canada and I tried to track it, but there was no info (I'm from Mexico and an agent from customs told me the package was sent to Canada on May 11) so I contacted an agent from Canada Post to know if they could help me and he told me this: Hi, tracking is no longer available on Int'l Inbound Registered items. We continue to obtain a signature of acceptance.
Now I feel totally clueless to know where is the package and if the client received it...the thing is that I will have more clients from Canada in the future, so what should I do if they ask me the status? And how can assure the package was delivered or lost, etc
