First off, your illustrations are really cute!
Printables have become a very over-saturated market since etsy made it so easy with digital downloads. Most store will have at least 100 items, many will have 700 -1000 or more. So with only 15 you are bound to get buried in search. I would also consider selling them has clip art or vectors instead of prints. Those count as supplies which generally do extremely well on etsy. And to be honest, as just one stand alone picture, they don't really seem interesting enough to use a wall decoration or anything. But as part of a larger design, or next to a cute typography quote or something, they could be great.
If you do want to sell them as prints still though, get a cute picture frame mock up to showcase them in the first photo. You can find a ton of free ones or purchase one from a seller here on CreativeMarket.com
You can also try your hand at photography and simply photograph each print in a frame.
I would also work on your tags a bit. They are mostly all very generic, with only one or two being more specific to the item. I would also add in some keywords about where they would want to use it. Like "Dressing Room Print", "Vanity Decor" etc.
Good luck!
