Print return label

I found an old thread where it says to click on the cog wheel to send a return label, but I can't find that. How do I send a return label to a customer of mine for an exchange? Thanks.

You know, I looked all over and couldn't find a way to print a return shipping label. My best guess is you have to go outside of Etsy to another site, like USPS if you are using them. All of the sites are pretty easy to order shipping labels on. Then you can download it, save it, and email it to the customer.

What you can do is use Paypal to print a return address label .

You can go to http://paypal.com/shipnow to create the paypal shipping label. Print it to a PDF and then email the PDF to the customer. They will need to print the PDF label themselves.
