What is the Etsy Christmas in July about? Does anyone have any details about it?

I've already sold halloween cards. Looking fwd to Christmas holiday season. It seems like the earlier something is listed, the earlier it sells. Maybe because there is probably less competition during early period as many of your competitors may not have listed their holiday wares!

You make a good point Starla! Also I found my ready-to-ship items sold really well the last two weeks before my shipping cut off date before Christmas. Custom items a good to promote early so you have time to get them made. My cut off date was mid-November last year & I still had an 8 week wait. Talk about stressful.

I try to keep holiday items in my shop year round since the serious collectors buy all year.

I will get cracking the end of summer...

That's just it! People shop for most Holidays year round! I do...especially when folks are having big sales!! Why not? It pays to be prepared. :)

I'm still trying to get all my Americana listed! Next up for me will be Halloween & Harvest, and then Christmas.
