Photography: Light Tent Tutorial

I made a light tent today! I found a great tutorial with step-by-step instructions on making a light tent. Thought I'd share.

Re: Photography: Light Tent Tutorial

Its a great and simple idea! If you want a tent that you can store easily i use plumbing pipes and corners that are easy to connect and take apart when not in use. I make a cube with them and cover with sheer curtains.

Re: Photography: Light Tent Tutorial

This is the same tutorial I used for my light box and it has been my #1 best friend/asset since.

The most important thing to remember is to get the daylight bulbs. They've come down in price since this tutorial came out. I got 3 75 watt bulbs at Home Depot for $5.00

I seriously recommend putting in the time to do it. Here's a link to my project because I take photos of everything (lol):

Re: Photography: Light Tent Tutorial

That's a great idea and very easy tutorial. Thanks for sharing! I wish this could be made in human size - coming from someone struggling with 6 hours of daylight, rain and cloudiness. :D
