I don't know why I even took pictures of my flower clips in my hand (maybe to show the size?), but oddly enough, I kind of like the look. Do you think it looks bad? Kind of creepy? Looking forward to hearing opinions.

I like the hand in the photo. It shows the size.

Question for you, did you take your photos with the same "background". Only reasoning is the color is off in the two photos.

@Amanda, I did use the same background... can't seem to quite get it right with the pink flower... Interestingly enough, the colors of both items are actually very true to life despite the difference in the background, isn't that weird?? I am no photographer, that's for sure. While editing, I was going for trueness to the flower color not the background color. Need to work on that.

@Lauren I have that discoloration problem all the time! I just worry that people might think the color isn't true or something like that! I've had a similar issue with pinks too!

I also have an awful time with pinks. They are so difficult to get to read right.

the flower in your hand is awesome, keep using it. I think it is actually a popular look here on Etsy. You could try using some matter white carboard as a background and see if that helps with the discoloration. I know I have experimented lots and keep tweaking my photos and backgrounds. I think it looks fab. Great shot, great color and the focus is on the flower and not the hand.
