Hello everyone!
A customer says she gave me the wrong address. She also said that the address is not really an address.
I never got the package back.
On the tracking it said it was delivered.
Need some suggestions on where it might be or where its stuck at???
This is what the customer said:
*hello! i just wanted to follow up on this order real quick- it seems that i gave the wrong address info to you! when using the tracking number it says that the package was delivered, however my sister, who was to be the recipient of the package drove by the incorrect address, and it is actually not even an address, so im not quite sure where it was delivered? i didn't know if maybe it was returned to you or if you are able to check into the tracking a little deeper? sorry for the confusion.
