This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

Today I got my 51st sale! after opening my shop last August. It seems just yesterday. Im really grateful for all the members who are always ready to support new comers like me! Next year would be a new challenge, more great designs, more inventories and more friends from around the world:)

Hello everybody !

My name`s Tykhon. I live and work in Ukraine.
Today I have two holidays: I celebrate the first Etsyversary of my store (1 year) and today I had 50-th selling !!!

I`m a self - teaching handmader and working with genuine leather - this is my love, this is my passion! Six months ago, I left my main job, to fully engage in my shop on Etsy. And I'm very glad I did it. Now I have the opportunity to not only completely given to my favorite activity but gradually turn it into a full-fledged business.

I am grateful to the whole Etsy team for the great and hard work that they do for us! And we have an opportunity to show the world our works and find our customers from around the world.

I am so happy to be a seller on etsy. I have clients that come to my hair salon, and yes, all I talk about is etsy. I have all of my items at my hair salon, so I sell things all the time there. A lot of clients talk about opening a store, but the fear of not being successful scares them, so they haven't made the plunge. I don't think I had a fear when I started, I just went for it. I didn't quit any of my jobs outside of etsy, so if im having a slow month, it wont break me.
Christmas has been amazing for me in my shops, I'm Starknakedsoap also, I have been crazy busy all December and it blows me away. It motivates me to be more active here and get more items listed. I am so happy about all the customers that come to our site and we are all so blessed to be part of the etsyland. Cheers and Happy Holidays, going to make some candles now, LOL!

Made my first sale on my new digital site that I opened this month! So excited. Goal is 20 this month, so I've got a ways to go. Thanks everyone for the likes, faves, views, and shares! They really help.

I'm so excited to be in double digits. I am hoping to have 20 sales by the end of the year. I opened my shop around 8 weeks ago and I'm adding new stuff each week :D

I am celebrating my first Christmas Ornament sale. I have some high-end Christmas ornaments that I have listed for the very first time. They have sold well for me in other avenues but I while I had several nibbles, no one bought one on Etsy til two days ago. I thought maybe my prices were too high and toyed with the idea of lowering them but realized if I was going to sell them wholesale next year, I needed to wait it out and see what happened because it would not have made sense to do them any cheaper on a wholesale platform. I was so happy when one was purchased two days ago by someone who found it on their own, here on Etsy, not from my FB link or Instragram post.

Congrats to all. I wanted to share what a difference a year makes. Toward the end of last year (2014) I decided it was time to overhaul my shop and get serious about selling on Etsy. So here are the stats (minus the revenue) for my shop from last year, compared to this year:
2014:
2,715 views, 551 favorites, 5 orders.

2015:
44, 275 views, 7,429 favorites, 124 orders.

While I am not making full time income, by this time next year, I will be

(It took me all of 9.5 years, so it's not that impressive, but it makes me happy.)
