This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

• You made your 1st sale / 1st international sale / 1st custom order
• You reached (x) # of sales
• You added (x) # of listings in your shop
• You have (x) # of views / favorites / admirers
• You received positive feedback from a buyer

Hi everyone, Claire from Auckland NZ here - my shop is home to handmade bags purses and accessories amongst other things (example in my avatar adjacent). I joined in 2011 but only concurred my procrastinations late last year and have 5 sales as validation of my [considerable!] efforts.

My celebrations, modest as they are, are finally listing my 100th item, fessing up to my friends about my little shop ( why should that be so hard?!) and joining 3 teams. Phew ! I think I might need to sit down...

Am LOVING the camaraderie & support from fellow Etsians - aren't we SO darn nice? And aren't we so darn talented? And thank you Etsy for this amazing platform for us super micro-entrepreneurs: what would we do without you?

And lastly Etsy had a little sucess of its own down this-a-way... The Etsy mobile phone app featured, albeit briefly, in a national TV campaign for Telecom mobile phones (I think?).... there, you must be famous!

Hello! Name is Daphane. I've been on Etsy for about three years. My shop has gone through many changes. I currently sell personalized prints and pillow covers.

Goals for June
1. sale 100 items
2. reach $3000 in sales
3. create new prints
4. create more treasuries
5. obtain more favorites & likes
6. set new goals for July

I have completed the first two items on my list..now I have to make time to complete the others. Good Luck everyone!!

I am new to Etsy and just opened my shop Junew 21. I sell vintage and handmade jewelry and I have had one sale. My goal is to have four sales per month and hopefully a gradual increase there after. I joined two teams and it has definitely helped with views and favorites.

We make natural deodorants that last all day (8 scrumptious essential oil based scents) and are starting to branch out into other natural beauty products as well (like the best natural lip gloss there is!)

We passed the 50 review mark this month!! Yippee!

I have been doing my TEEsox for a couple of years now, but a friend just asked me to do a line of cards for a shop she is opening. I am doing whimsical water color greeting cards, I am very excited, but also anxious to see how they will be received!!

Woo hoo!! We just made our 100th sale! I was so excited I posted this in the general discussion, then I saw this Celebration thread! Our sales in June have been by far, the best ever.

Hi! I set my shop of crochet/ knit items and semi-precious jewelry May of 2013, and life happens so I am just now preparing to post my items for sale. Just now getting to know the way around and somehow stumbled upon this great thread!!! It feels like a new path is emerging and you are all on the SAMs direction! It's really thrilling and I hope we can all get to know each other from time to time! So happy to bd here and to FINALLY get going! It is a good time to live in when we can do this kind of work with our hands and on line! It's really something!!!

I had been struggling to have Etsy show my about page (it seems to be fussy when I tried to publish from my tablet) and I was finally able to post it!! Any tips would be greatly appreciated and I'm so excited that my story is now there for my viewers to see and get a much fuller view of my shop!!

We reached 1600 sales! My goal for June was 1500, and we exceeded it by almost 100 sales! We've been on Etsy for just over a year and are so happy with the community here.

I made three sales in a week ! (actually 4 but the buyer hasn't paid yet and I'm starting to think it will get cancelled) I got great reviews, too.
