This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

• You made your 1st sale / 1st international sale / 1st custom order
• You reached (x) # of sales
• You added (x) # of listings in your shop
• You have (x) # of views / favorites / admirers
• You received positive feedback from a buyer

I am submitting my first craft fair form in the morning! I am very nervous if I am chosen that I won't have a lot of purchases or I will no have enough stock which I'm sure are two major concerns of vendors. None the less I am going to try my hardest and see where it leads me!

I recently hit sale # 2,000 in my Etsy shop & my wholesale business is gaining momentum.

I'm forever grateful for this platform that has provided me my start. I don't know that I ever could have imagined what I was capable of achieving had I not posted my first listing.

Good morning everyone!

I officially joined Etsy 2 weeks ago. I felt a little bit shy and weird asking my friends to like my shop on facebook but I got over that fear after sometime, so it is really good.

Promoting our work pieces is quite a challenge, but thanks to a huge network out there, we can pretty much put our items on multiple pages like Tumblr, Instagram, Facebook and Flickr or at least those are the websites that I have been.

Being inspired 2 years ago when I bumped into a youtube video about gorgeous jewellery, I was totally into it until I had enough courage to open a shop. The passion for art work has brought me back to joy and got me through tough very tough time.

So here I am, celebrating the fact that I am now a part of this wonderful community who are so talented I couldn't take my eyes off their items.

My milestone is that I made my first international sale today, and my fifth sale in total. I obviously have a new shop, so I am working hard on it and trying to learn as much as I can to start getting a nice amount of sales.
