Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

Glad to take a moment to clap our hands! We reached 900 reviews in November, 1000 reviews at New Years, and now have reached 1100 reviews in our Etsy shop. As we like to say, Don't take our word for it, read our reviews:

In addition to our growing number of reviews, we have reached 6000 sales in our Etsy shop! We were so busy in December that we didn't have a chance to celebrate and are glad things slowed down a little so that we could catch our breathe and appreciate it. After opening our Etsy shop as a dream, we quickly grew to the point that we Quit our Day Jobs and now run our Etsy shop fulltime. Stop by for a look and message us for a chat, we are here for any of your gift giving occasions and custom order requests are welcome.

We offer our customers the option of choosing from our designs, submitting their own images for personalization, or commissioning an inspired idea for any theme or occasion. Many of the orders which began as custom order requests are now listed in our shop for any of our customers to purchase and customize with their names, dates, and other information.

At Design's the Limit, your imagination is the only limitation.

Milestones:
1 - Disney Baby Blog featured one of my baby boy outfits as one of the top 10 Easter Boy sets , was very exciting

Reached a milestone: 4600 this week. I'm over the moon that Valentine sales have picked up, as I just barely made my goal of 4500 before the new year.

Hello all Etsy Friends!!!

Although I enrolled and started my shop at etsy on Aug 24, 2011 I basically focused and full time worked on my shop this September !!! I have 109 sales by now and I am super happy!!!
I am a full time mom and I am trying to be super creative, sometimes it's really hard but it pays off!!

After a few months of self-promotion and social media, blogging and posting, tweeting and pinning, I am on the first page of a Google search when you search Vintage Eve's! Even 2 months ago I was waaaaaaay past the 10th page. Now my Etsy shop is on page 1! Wooohoooo :) I am doing a celebratory dance.

Hello everyone! My name is Natalie Grusling. I'm the owner of Eight To Six. My store focuses mainly on vintage, antique, hand-made, and thrift store finds. I love shopping and thought I'd put my love for history and unique treasures to good use. My shop has been open for about a week and a half. However, I've been a member on Etsy since 2013. I just now started taking this part of my life seriously, in the hopes of quitting my day job in the future.

The 2nd day my shop was opened I sold my first item! It was huge for me considering I was optimistic about the whole thing. I just hit my 2nd sale today and things seem to be going great so far. People are inquiring about my items and my Instagram for the store is growing! (eighttosixshop)

I've taught myself screen printing! Been wanting to do it for donkey's years, and finally done it! Here's my first batch of greetings cards, will be listing them once the envelopes arrive. I'm so chuffed with them, and with finally being able to print my own cards instead of outsourcing them! I'll be doing them in different colours too, and next on the agenda is trying the process out on tote bags and t-shirts! 😸
