This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

• You made your 1st sale / 1st international sale / 1st custom order
• You reached (x) # of sales
• You added (x) # of listings in your shop
• You have (x) # of views / favorites / admirers
• You received positive feedback from a buyer

I'm Rheta and my shop is Vintage Eve's. I started online as a way to make extra money and Etsy was the best way to sell my vintage stuff. I opened in September of 2015 and have to date 5 sales! I have a few milestones wrapped up in one. My first sale (exciting!), my first international sale (cool) and my first great review! It's been an exciting month! I am looking forward to hearing how others got their name out and their shop noticed.

I opened my shop at Etsy only month ago (fill with items to be more exact) and I already have 9 sales! I'm really happy about it and hope it's only the start!

I just posted my first shop update using the Sell on Etsy app. I really like this tool! I shared on my facebook personal page, my facebook shop page, and on Google+. I can't wait to see what kind of response comes from it.

I am still working on adding daily to my shop. Sometimes it is hard to see the progress. I made my second sale a few days ago. That makes me smile every time I think about it!

Make For Good is something we're extremely excited to be involved in, it's a fundraiser that Etsy Australia are supporting, where sellers across Aus can get involved and support Plan's - Because I am A Girl Initiative (helping girls and their communities rise above the poverty cycle and opening up wonderful new opportunities for them) - through donating a percentage of their sales to the cause.

It's easy to have delusions of grandeur (sometimes followed by soul-crushing disappointment) but I have a strong feeling this is going to be a milestone year for me. My 9th fall season selling scarves, I have a product that is more beautiful than anything I've ever produced before and I have what looks like six pretty darn good markets at which to show them (this after years of hit & miss success and failure). My milestone is believing in myself and in what I am doing enough to put up with storing and sorting my materials in a very tight space and managing to continue innovating while keeping up with my work and family responsibilities. I know I am not alone--many fellow Etsy-ers have similar experiences. Celebrate life and keep things in perspective.

Passed 100 sales!!! At least, according to how the numbers show on Etsy; there were sales of multiple item listings. But still.... it's fun to see our milestones show up on our store front pages! :)) When I opened, there was nothing for at least four months. Each year (this is my 3rd), sales have about doubled.

My latest reasons to celebrate are mostly three:
1) It´s been my 3th EtsyVersary this month,
2) Etsy featured me on their Instagram feed today, yayyy!!
3) I´ve added 19 new listings in my shop this month (whew!). And have some more to list still.
