This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

• You made your 1st sale / 1st international sale / 1st custom order
• You reached (x) # of sales
• You added (x) # of listings in your shop

I am very excited I officially made it to 200 Sales in my Photography shop :) YAY!!!! :)

It really feels good to cross that line :)

Only took 5 years but it has been a lot of experience and learning and getting to know some wonderful people :)

Hello everyone.
Two weeks into creating my Etsy shop, and I've finally gotten my first 2 sales. The first sale was a special request for 3 variations of the same personalized item.
Pretty exciting to finally see an order, which was followed by order number two the next day.
This is starting to really get addicting.:)

I hit 200 sales. There is something about hitting that number that makes me feel I actually have a viable shop. Now off to 300.

I'm celebrating for two reasons. One - ETSY gives me a way to share my passion with the world! I LOVE it! And...I received my first big order for 100 healing Balms!!! A little nervous about filling such a large order, but soooo excited!

I opened my etsy shop over a year ago but never made any sales. Now I'm re-launching hoping I've learned something to be successful this time! I just saw someone else closed their shop and opened a new one? Maybe I should try this?

Anyways, I make handmade baby items and just had my first photo shoot yesterday! I'm so exhausted. I stayed up all night before the shoot making last minute items to photograph.

I'm based in Honolulu, HI and I want my unique thing about my shop to be not only high quality baby products but my aloha items! Too bad winter is coming we don't wear any winter clothes here so not sure how my aloha wear sales will go this as the weather gets cold.

I am just 3 items away from hitting the 100 sales mark. So very excited to finally be part of the more successful shops.

Still need to up my game, but 100 sales is a really great benchmark!

I just heard the cha-ching of my 300th sale...it makes me proud that I've accomplished this in 16 months :-D

I just made my first listings! They are still drafts because I am waiting for the photos from my photographer but I'm so excited! (I really need to get some sleep though :)

Also, I got favorited by two people and I don't even have any listings yet! Thank you so much everyone I feel so encouraged and blessed. I keep telling my husband I'm so scared for this venture because I want so badly to succeed this time around!

I am so excited. I just finished two weeks very hard work - going through the "50 reasons that you're not selling on easy" article and I just made my first sale over the weekend. Thank you everyone for all the great advice and to etsy for all the great resources.

Although I signed up in 2014 I just started selling seriously, and today I received my 2nd review. Yay! Sales are starting to pick up. How do you get reviews? At what point do you ask for them and how? I would appreciate any advice. Thank you and have a great sale day.
