This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

I have just added my 100th item to my shop!! I have been working very hard to add new items daily and I finally made it to 100. I am going to keep at my hard work adding more items daily and see where it takes me. I would love for everyone to check out my shop!

Hi!
I sell art prints of fan art and of my own illustrations.
I reached 5 sales this week which im very proud of as my shop has been very slow making sales. This has given me the motivation to create more listings and hopefully sell lots more items as i really enjoy it! :)

It's been about a month in the making and lots of tweaking of the original design but finally my handmade halloween banner is ready for the shop. Funny how much work goes into developing a product but the end result was worth the effort.

Finally received feedback! Yay! Two 5 Star reviews! Several of my customers have sent positive convos after receiving their item. But no one had previously posted an Etsy review. Finally happened. Hopefully this'll get the ball rolling for more.

Yesterday I made my 1st sale (inside the country) and 1st international sale in 2015!!!! Yes!!!!
I know, it's September already and very funny reason for celebration....
Anyway before Christmas I'll donate all my handmades to local kids and families in need, so I'm happy anyway 💃🏻

I hit 1000 sales last night. I still remember my first one in July 2011 and get just as excited today when I get a sale as I did then.

I sell jewelry and trinkets and things that take my fancy. Opened in November of last year. Just hit 5 sales. It's taken a little time but I think that is worth a little celebration. Here's to more where that came from! Good luck all.

I am ecstatic I have had my shop open since August 2012 and just had my Very First Sale Thursday!!!

Yes it has taken 3 years to get one sale but I didn't give up and hopefully this is the start of something good.

Just goes to show you need to hang in there.

I have listed and renewed 33 items in one week. And raised my views 1000 plus over my goal and have the larges favorite total for 30 days than I had total last year. I have worked hard but feel great.

Celebrating that I've FINALLY had time to list 5 new items in my shop today! I know it doesn't sound like many but I had a very busy week last week and it was nice to accomplish something for myself.

Hello Everyone! My shop has been open for less than two weeks and I try to improve it every day. Tomorrow will be sunny, so I'll be taking new photos in my sun-drenched hallway! I am trying to learn how to promote sales, and if any of you should choose to visit my shop and offer me pointers, I would be hugely grateful. At the moment I am working on revising the text describing all my twenty items -- a big job. And as I have already said, any crumb of advice will be welcome. (Maggie is the boss; I, Heidi, am just her keeper.)

First, I would like to say congratulation to people who has made some achievement!! We are really happy to see everyone else here is achieve their goal step by step!!

This week we have sold our first Natural Beads Bracelet on Etsy!!!
We will use this as an motivation to list more items!!
Hopefully we can be like other seller here achieving bigger goal!!
