This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

Hi Everyone!!

I just opened my shop on June 30, 2015..so I still have a lot to learn!! But I'm enjoying it very much so far. :-)

My recent milestone was to expand to Worldwide sales from just Canada (I live on the east coast of Canada). I was a bit nervous to do this, but took the plunge...haven't had any international orders yet, lol, but hopefully they will come soon! :-)

Hello! I opened my shop on August 13!! There are many beautiful things to see on etsy! If you have a little time go see my handmade and hand painted t-shirt and dresses : ) I have many ideas in my mind that I'd like to realize.. I hope my shop will work well, I still have to improve myself but I love what I do and I wish my dream will come true! I know ..the first thing to do is improve my English ; )

I just opened my shop a few days ago and am so excited for this adventure! I felt led to open one in order to fund my year long mission trip to Egypt! I love combing two of my favorite things, art and missions! Praying blessings over everyone's shop!

I've been on Etsy for a while, mainly as a buyer, and I haven't made a serious go at posting items to my shop until this month. I made my first sale this week, although it was nepotism. ;) However, I'm happy that it gave me a chance to practice wrapping and shipping one of my paintings, and I hope to start moving up to painting larger pieces soon. My greatest hurdle, I imagine, will probably be developing a style and creating a strong image for my gallery--right now, it's kind of all over the place because I'm still testing the waters and deciding who I want to be as an artist. But that's okay, because I acknowledge that this entire journey will be a learning process. So...cheers to future sales and a growing business for all of us. <3

Every Single day i Wake up hoping to become a bit better of a person.
Not saying im a bad person, Just always want to get better.
Growing up i didn't have a lot, Only the knowledge that was being taught to me.I Love making people happy, Making a Great Transaction, and being apart of the Vintage Fashion World.

I have finally Reached 100 Sales and didn't think I would reach this milestone, Not that i wasn't confident, Just didn't think it was something i wanted to put my life into.

I have Put a lot of time and effort making my craft better, and one day hoping to have my own store in the Great City of Toronto.

I am celebrating that I am doing what I dreamed of doing for a long time.
I am a retired RN. the job was very stressful. I love the freedom that I have now and my dog loves seeing me more.
I have been working on making more items.

Hi everyone! I just opened its first store in the lives of at Etsy, with their products! I am very happy, this is a new step in my growth as a designer! I have reached 10 sales since I added my 1st item to sell in last June.
It was my 1st Etsy goal that I really wanted to achieve.
My next goal is to reach 50 of sales before the end of year.

Hi everyone ! I believe that a bag is an investment and don't mind paying extra for great quality leather, the design of a bag should be timeless but fashionable, the beauty and quality of the materials should make most of the impact.
