This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

Time to celebrate for my shop!

I opened 18 month before and I reached more than 250 sales, more than 400 admirers and I have listed 100 items for now.

This is a big step and I want to keep being better so any tips, advice or anything you will change in my shop, just tell me :)

after six months of procrastination, I finally gave our shop a refreshing makeover! *So Excited!*

Today i made my 56th sale and I got over 1000 usd in sales! It's been a lovely ride and I am very grateful for it :D

I am celebrating that I have had 2 sales this year so far.

I opened up my shop on Sept. 2, 2014. (I am still totally new at this & still learning how to make my shop better)
Thanks to Etsy, I also changed my shop name to something that I like & can remember to tell my friends and family! (:
I sale jewelry & keychains that I make. I have gun shell/casing stuff (real gun shell/casings..not the fake stuff), I have metal stamping items, and even just plain beaded items. I am all over the board on it with many ideas. I am also working on glass etching!! eek! I hope to have etched vases in a few months!

Got my first Etsy sale today! Just relaunched my shop in January and have been doing well with art prints offline but got my first digital download order!

Finally made it to 25 items!

Added more custom options to a few of the more popular listings and now I'm on to the next goal - get my work in a blog.

I opened my shop about a month ago but I had five sales in that same month! I also gained a repeat buyer in that time and received one of the best compliments that I have ever received. I won't share the compliment cause it was personal for the buyer but needless to say I am off to a very fun and exciting start and am SO proud of everything that's happening:)

Hello! I opened my shop in January and just made my first sale!!! The advice I have gotten from other sellers has been so helpful. Here are two tips that helped me with my first sale:

-Be active on teams-- my sale came from one of my teammates.
-Try offering sample-sized products-- I make soaps and sugar scrub and my first sale was one of the sample-sized products.

We were happy to reach our 100th good review last week, and our 400th shop favourite and our 230th sale - almost a year anniversary for this first shop.

Our newer shop Kehingimodeandmod had its first sale.

I just opened my shop this week and I have filled my store up with over 10 items! In one day I have recieved 15 different "favorited" notifications. Not super impressive but I think it's a good start!!! I'm hoping to get more people to favorite and follow my shop so I can get my name out there! :)

An anarchic, burst of red is impressed above an emaciated, white, spine-like column in this startling composition. A comment on the striking divergences in our fundamental nature, there is an instinctive quality to the forms and figures on display which capture that opposition. It is reverse painted on glass, in a bid to trap the emotions behind, emotions you can see but cannot feel.

All pieces are handmade, by me. I specialise in reforming materials into fashionable feature wall art. Inspired by a passion for producing original artworks, alongside an aspiration to induce intrigue through interpretative features.

With BRAND NEW art, boxed and packed and photography-studio time booked, all i can say is watch this space... There's rarely a day that goes by where I am not creating or planning new projects .
