Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

I opened my shop in April last year, I am new to selling and learning as I go. I have had 129 sales since then and things seem to be picking up. Today there has been over 120 views, but only 2 sales. Etsy is brilliant. Lots of help to hand.

I only just joined & created an Etsy shop Dec 4th, after being told I needed to get myself out there and start selling my travel photos.

Lo & behold, 8 weeks later, my FIRST SALE of one of my digital file listings!!

It had been disheartening at first, flipping through my Stats, and seeing the hits, and seeing the favorite button clicks. People obviously liked what I was listing, but no one was buying... why?!

Patience, Patience, Patience. I want to share my love of the world & photography with everyone!!

I am celebrating today because I woke up to 2 Sales!!! Had another sale yesterday so I got all 3 orders ready and mailed before 11am! Ready for more orders!!

We got our fourth sale today from someone other than a friend or family, and it feels great! We also have gotten up to 111 items, (now down to 110 with that sale this morning) and we are continuing to post more. It does seem that since we have gotten our posts up over 100 items that we have garnered more "favorites" and views of our store. And today a new sale!

So in the last 48 hours I've gone from having very few and far between sales to suddenly 4 custom orders and an invite to be a vendor at an awesome local event! Yay!! Hopefully I can keep up the momentum :)

I would like to celebrate my first sale on Etsy! I cant tell you how excited I was to see my first sale. I began my Etsy and brick and mortar shop in February. I have been continually busting my tail the last month to get everything ready for sale. To get a return felt great! So here's to many more sales in the future for us all.

Hi Team,
I am relatively new to Etsy and loving it. I have not been in business a year yet. However, within the first month I had two sales. So I thought I was off to a good start. Of course they were friends of mine, so that helped. However, since then I have connected with people all over the country either through purchases or teams.
But my most impressive sales came this week when I had someone in Australia purchase my small messenger, I Pad pattern. I've gone international! I was so excited.

I opened my etsy shop ten days ago and I'm waiting to my first sale. Of course I read a lot of advices which are very useful. I have trying to improve my etsy shop :)
In my etsy shop I offer women clothes which I design. Maybe you can suggest me something more useful trick.
