Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

• You made your 1st sale / 1st international sale / 1st custom order
• You reached (x) # of sales

I own a paper goods shop, selling wall art, greeting cards and other home decor, all printed on beautifully-textured card stock. AND I have reached three milestones!

1.) I broke 100 sales in only eight months!
2.) I have 20 positive reviews!
3.) I built up 300+ Instagram followers in only 3 months!

Well, I was checking my teams and decided to enter an event that made my day today: I pinned my first listing photo today!

Never even noticed the pin-it button!

Now I hope to get all my listings pinned to my pages. :-)

I'm thrilled to have hit a few milestones this week! I just made my 20th sale, after opening my shop over Labor Day weekend. And this week, for the first time, I received over 100 views (109, to be exact) in a single day. And - I now have three glowing reviews. All good :)

Right now, am trying to figure out which social media strategies will work best for me and my shop; am also working on improving photos - it's been a real struggle!

Today I'm celebrating reaching the 60+ item mark. And my faith sale.

I'm on target for 75 listings by the end of the month.

We turned one today. Can't believe it has already been one year since I started selling handmade cards. When I started the shop, I had no clue what I was doing and if it will go anywhere, considering I was selling from India. I kept on going, taking baby steps, learning from other sellers. Everyday is an experience, every day I am learning something new and every day I am taking one step to improve the shop. And I am loving it!

I opened my shop Oct.1 2014! Yeah! And I have had no sales, but I am so happy to have just opened it period. I keep adding new pieces and I know that it will start selling.....eventually. I am very happy for all you Etsy stores that are selling and I wish everyone the best! Happy Holidays!

I'm am from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I opened on Sept.24 2014. Six Sales!!!! and what is most amazing to 6 dfiferent countries!!!!
Etsy is no my only web channel, but it's a real good one.

Hello etsy world!

It all started almost a year ago after we have our baby girl's 1st birthday. Oli is the name of our dog, who is an Italian Spinone ( it is him in our profile picture:) Our very first sale was to Mexico and we were sooo excited to ship to the other side of the world from Istanbul, Turkey. Everything went good and we got a very positive feedback.

Now it is our first Christmas and we suffer a little bit, because we think our items do not match exactly to the winter season and Christmas mood. However we keep on trying our best. Pls. share your opinions, we would be glad to hear critics.
