This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

• You made your 1st sale / 1st international sale / 1st custom order
• You reached (x) # of sales
• You added (x) # of listings in your shop
• You have (x) # of views / favorites / admirers
• You received positive feedback from a buyer
• Your shop was featured in the press or in social media
• You recently opened your shop
• You’re celebrating your Etsyversary

Just received my 600th order and rewarded my lucky customer with a free pair of earrings. It's a thing I do every 100th order and I get a kick out of the surprised and happy reactions from my customers. What a great way to start the weekend.

I finally have over 50 listings in my shop!! Now I just need 50 orders, only 37 more to get there ;)

We just heard from a very satisfied customer. She bought a great sequined dress from us, paid for us to send it to her in Australia, and then wore it. Not sure exactly where she wore it, but she met Dolly Parton! She sent us a great photo of herself in the dress with Dolly.

I was accepted into my first craft fair (a juried one) and outside of that I was picked to be the assistant costume designer for a play from an amazing local theater group :)

I've just had my first sale :D done a massive happy dance all round the living room lol.
It just feels like all the work I've been putting into promoting my shop and items is paying off now, so to anyone who thinks it doesn't work, take it from me it really does :)

Just got my 100th sale!!! I am so proud of myself - I have worked hard for every single one! And to celebrate, my friend just took new listing photos for me. They look fantastic and I am super excited about it!

Highest sales month in over a year! Investing a bit more time in shop and item promotion is paying off!

Also, my daughter was invited to be in a craft fair due to her charity potholder work here on Etsy!

I was asked by this wonderful shop to donate my painted rocks for charity. It was an honor! My kids painted a few also. 100% of the proceeds go to finding a cure for cancer.

I'm ready to dive and in and push my shop from a hobby into a full time business. Making some important changes with my key words, starting to get more involved in teams and treasuries! And it all starts today! I love Etsy and what I've achieved so far... ready to see how far I can go!
