This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

• You made your 1st sale / 1st international sale / 1st custom order
• You reached (x) # of sales
• You added (x) # of listings in your shop
• You have (x) # of views / favorites / admirers
• You received positive feedback from a buyer

Hey guys, I haven't reached any milestones sales wise- yet! But I have taken a neat step forward by creating my own fabric product labels which I am so proud of!! Especially because I saved so much money doing it myself =)

I've posted the end result on my FACEBOOK page with quick links to my sources. Hopefully giving my pillows a professional finish will officially get me to my goal of 100 sales this year!! Let me know if you have any questions on my fb page, I'd be happy to help!

BEAUTIFUL DAY in the Ozarks. Completed 3 jewelry rolls before 11am and just picked up supplies to make my first cross body purse/bag. Not sure I'll get that done though, car needs a bath! Have a great one Etsians!! :)

Just hit the 1000 sales mark in my little Etsy shop. Just as important, and maybe moreso, are the 688 pieces of positive feedback. Things like -

- So lovely! Again, the miniatures are magical. These would be perfect for a bride--with the pendant too. I can't imagine what it must have been like to carve these dainty pieces. I really believe you have the best carved bone pieces I've ever seen. AMAZING!

- As always, the pieces you find and deliver are just stunning. Thank you so much! <3

- Arrived quickly and with great attention to customer satisfaction! Thank you! The cards are exactly as portrayed.

- A great stamp. I am going to love using it. Thank you for keeping me updated and for the background information.

- What was I thinking buying just one?? This is the most perfectly carved miniature owl--amazing, beautiful, and full of character under a magnifying glass. I'm in awe of these carvers!

- Cannot get enough of this shop - I have been on Etsy for a long time and running a shop since 2008 - I have to tell you - Indounik is a seller I will come back to again and again - the service is incredible, the communication is open and honest and the items are of the highest quality, at super value - give Indounik a try - you won't be disappointed, I promise....

[I promise I'm not writing this stuff myself! Probably one of the most meaningful pieces of feedback was this one:]

- I love this pendant and get many compliments on it. I can tell it was hand carved with love and it is one of a kind. She included a very sweet hand written note and even some extra goodies. This is what I was hoping to find when I joined Etsy! Thank you so so much for my beautiful piece, I will treasure it always.
