OMG I am going to be busy

Took a trip down to see my dad & stepmom today so we could have a girl's day and they could see little man (my 1 year old). She kept talking about this box she had full of craft supplies that she had won at an auction and wanted me to go through it all. I was kinda hesitant since auction boxes of decor they had brought us before were well not our style to say it nicely.

Well we got back to their house and.........

OMG the box was full of wood, little things I could re-purpose, brand new packs of cardstock, 3 serving tray things I had been saving up to buy (new with tags) and alot more things I haven't even had a chance to look at yet. So needless to say tonight and tomorrow I am going to be one busy lady trying to go through it all and start some of the projects.

Anyone else ever had a mystery box turn out good?

Oooooooh....jackpot! I love it when that happens! My mother in law is always giving me "mystery boxes" as well and they're always full of awesome items like that! Have fun going through your treasure!

I love it! My whole Polymer Clay obsession started with my Mom giving me a box full of it that a friend had given her. A year later my Shop was born.

That's awesome. My Grandma always gives me fabric and it's rare I find things that she gives me that I like. I'm thinking of taking the other fabrics I have no use to use to sell them on Etsy or Ebay. I have about 8 yards of this fabric that isn't even close to my style. Some fabrics she has given me though have been made into projects on my store. Like my Stroller tote and one of my crayon totes.
