Not getting any views

Okay, so I've just made my second sale. Made one last month and that's it. I was doing promotions and spotlights, which got me a ton of views and favorites, but not any sales. I had to quit doing those because the cost was running me broke, and wasn't leading to any income. After these two sales, I'm still in the negative considering what I spent on advertising. Anyways- I have a FB page dedicated to my shop, a twitter, a pinterest, wanelo, etc etc etc. I still haven't been seeing the views/favorites that I did when I was blowing money on spotlights etc. What's something I can do to increase revenue? Should I lower the prices on my items?

Very frustrated and looking for any advice. Thanks!

Hi Emily, you have cute items there and congratulations on your 2 sales!

Just like you, I just started listing in the middle of March. I have only a few listings at the moment, and the traffic is very few, I think. So I'm in no way experienced...But I think maybe you can work on improving your shop announcement, create several sections, get a good shop title, and also I think it's important to spend some time on SEO.

I love your shop - espectially the owl. Your prices seem reasonable for such lovely things.

You could add sections to your shop as the section titles can strengthen the search results. Also check the first 3 words in the titile as I think these are most important in your search results. If you search for similar products you may be able to see what words are getting them to the top of the searches..

Hi Emily, I understand your frustation. I had same feeling when I opened my store. I had run promotion but not many sales as my expectation.

I joined the forum, see what's other store opinion, some of them say it will take sometime to establish the store.
I am still struggling to sell my stuff, but I won't give up. I try to create different style, different items, learn from the pro, change the picture and so on. Try and try. I don't run promotion anymore, but may be later.
These way make me feel comfortable , but keep trying to get my goal.
