New Search Ad features/changes

I noticed that since the new changes got put into place for search ads I have had zero impressions today and no views. Is anyone else seeing something like that? I usually have several thousand impressions a day and at least 60 or so views and/or favorites.

Did I miss something i was to do on my end to make people see me?

Any help is appreciated.

Impressions? How do you find out how many impressions you have? I have not yet down an Ad so I can't say anything on that.

It shows you how many time your items come up in searches and then tells you how many views from there then favorites and finally sales and revenue. YTD I have had more sales come from search ads than I have paid for the search ads so I figure it is worth it.

I just searched on my double minky navy blanket and it pulled my items but the search ad details are still showing zero. Something is afoot, me thinks!!

I didn't even know they changed the search ads, but after trying them out twice and not getting ANYTHING out of it, I figured I could use that money elsewhere...

I was shocked when I looked at my numbers YTD because I have actually gotten several sales from them and the revenue is more than what I have paid so I decided as long as I was breaking even or better I would keep doing them.

After today I am going to have to search around and see what changed cause my traffic is way down today and nothing is showing up.

I emailed support and here is the reply I got...there is a known issue.

Thanks for getting in touch, we're very sorry about this! There are a few issues with the Search Ads feature at this time, our engineers are working hard to get this cleared up.

We've received some reports that Search Ad campaigns did not run on October 10th and 11th. We are reviewing this matter and hope to get these campaigns starting very soon.

Please note: if your Ads are not displayed, fees will not be added to your bill. Search Ad fees are based upon the impressions you serve; if you didn't serve impressions, you will not incur fees.

We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may be causing you and we hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help in the meantime.

I have the same exact problem !!!
Let you know if I will find out why is that ???!!!???
