If you have new items to post do you think it is best to post them all at once or to spread them out between a few days?

I am limited on time I can devote to posting so I usually post a lot of items at once. When I have custom orders I usually make a listing to make the same item for others as well, depending on the order.

That way people can also see the variety of things I can make. It is hard to translate my abilities to the vast public over the internet.

I try to spread them out, as each new item generates views, rather than posting them all at once and getting the views all at once, if that makes sense.
It keeps your shop in people's attention.

Someone once told me that it's best to accumulate several & then post them together. I guess that's just what THEY did. I don't know what the 'right' thing to do is. I guess when I have more than one new item, I tend to send them out all at once. When I only have ONE item...I don't wait. I send it out. I think it's a great question though. I wonder if there is a 'right' answer.

I find that I get a flurry of activity after each new item is posted. At 1 time I had posted a bunch all at once and then felt there was a letdown (for me as well as out there!) b/c then there wasn't quite as much action going on after I had posted all these new styles. So, long story short here, I do tend to post new items as I go and not wait for a whole group. Spreading it out if possible seems to work better for me so I do tend to post new items as they are ready.

Is there a better way to diaplay your item. Im finding it hard to take photos of things that dont smile back at me.

I haven't been on Etsy long, but have learned to spread them out. I've noticed more people are active in the evenings.

I'll often post my goods in the morning, but wait to add them to team threads later. Team threads have been my greatest source of promotion. They don't call it teamwork for nothing on Etsy!
