First you should not compare your shop to someone another shop. You should have goals of your own and a plan for reaching them. Running a business is hard work. Much harder work than working for someone else.
But I agree with Christa - You make so many mentions of how things are not your responsibility that I would be hesitant to buy from you. Then there's this:
"If you are not completely satisfied with your order you received please send me a convo and let me know within 24 hours. If you send your item back within 24 hours we will fix whatever you dont like."
24 hours? Have you ever in your life seen a successful retailer with a window that short? People have jobs, school, families, obligations that make 24 hours totally unreasonable. The package may not even be opened for days.
With so many shops, both online and brick & mortar, it's superior customer service and unique appeal that sell.
Thing are your responsibility - your supposed to make the safest, best quality product, that is packaged for shipment in a way that guarantees safe arrival. And your supposed to take the ups (sales) along with the downs (returns, customer issues) in stride.
