Need advice about shipping and my shop

Hi Everyone,

I've opened my shop in January and have only had one sale. I sent the order to the US via registered air mail with tracking number since 2st February but my customer didn't receive the item.

I want to know how long does it take to your foreign customer?

And I would ask for some feedback and tips to increase more sales.

Any advice or recommendation will be welcome and surely helpful.

Your country's postal services website will have information on how long shipping should take to different regions of the world.

Hi Ploy,
USPS has some difficulties due to bad weather and closing of couple of sorting facilities. For us in Europe the shipping time has gone from 2 weeks to 5-6 weeks. And of course we have a lot of angry customers.
Hopefuly it will get better soon.

I've checked the status of item, it is at USPS for 3 weeks. And my customer worries about her item.

You can call the 1-800 on the USPS website and have them investigate your shipment. You have to call them Monday through Friday. I shipped a package to Thailand and it took a month to deliver, thank goodness I had insurance otherwise I don't think it would have made it. Then I've had packages take up to 6 weeks to deliver to me. We are having many delays with USPS right now.
