More 7000 items for Handmade Winnie the Pooh

I have some vintage Winnie the Pooh that I bought years ago and wanted to use it to make cards to sale; so I search for handmade Winnie the Pooh and over 7000 items handmade with Winnie the Pooh came up. Some had duplicated Winnie the Pooh digitally.
So. can you make items out if Scrapbook paper/card stock and die cuts with Winnie the Pooh if you bought the supplies?

Re: More 7000 items for Handmade Winnie the Pooh

The problem with these items is that they all are infringing on Disney's intellectual property rights. Winnie the Pooh is a registered trademark of the Disney Company, and anything that has Pooh on it, or says Winnie the Pooh, etc, is infringing on those rights. Disney is very, very proactive about protecting it's trademarks, and I've seen them run people into the proverbial ground for trademark infringement. It's not worth the risk in my opinion. They will always have more money to use in going after you than you will have to use to protect yourself, and in the court system, they will always win, because it's their registered trademark.

No, unless each seller has obtained the rights to use the bear in the manner that they are, they will be in violating the trademarks.

There is one commercial crochet pattern that if you contact the correct people and submit all the paperwork that you can obtain permission t o sell any items created directly from said pattern but it does take a lot of work.
