Part of keeping your views consistent while you are away is making your products look good and treasury worthy. This means that other shops who make lots of treasuries (like me) will basically promote your item(s) while you are away. A treasury inclusion is a great way to keep more eyes on your items. That is one way I have found to keep my views up while I am away and can't be on Etsy a lot.
Also, when you are able to spend time on-line make sure to promote, promote, promote! The more clicks you get, the more popular your shop becomes and the more 'relevant' your shop is, meaning it shows up earlier in search.
