Congratulations on opening a second shop, Luz. I took a look at it and my first thought was that you could have some more cohesiveness to your pictures. Some show people wearing the jewelry – one of which is cropped in such a way that you can't actually see the necklace she's wearing – some are in very harsh light, and others could probably be brightened. It's a little distracting, and it's much easier to figure out the look you want now when you have fewer items. It's no fun having to retake fifty later down the line.
In your Trio Necklace listing I saw some things that could be improved: the title could be more descriptive, mentioning that it's a Swarovski pearl necklace on the leather cord; your description could be expanded to include what colors the pearls are because it's not immediately obvious in the pictures; and your tags could be more specific – "brown pearl" instead of just "brown," "leather cord necklace," and "gray pearl necklace" instead of simply "gray." Those should help your search results.
