Is this a problem?

An item that I've previously sold is continuously coming up in my shop stats for the past few days, although it is sold and I haven't renewed it (because it was a one off) is this normal?

If you sold the item a few days ago, it could be... I don't know if views of sold items count. I have not had that happen. If you click on one of my sold items, I can tell you if it shows up in my stats.

Yes, My most viewed item of the day is something I have already sold. Actually nearly 1/2 of my shop visits are for items already sold.

What's funny is when someone adds it to their favorites.

I don't think it's a problem. I've looked at a seller's sold items before. I just don't know if it would show up in their stats or not. Or perhaps the sold item was in a treasury and someone recently went to the treasury and clicked on your item?

It depends on how you find them. You can favorite from treasuries, activity feeds and perhaps more pages by clicking the heart on the thumb nail.

Sometimes people will bookmark an item and use it as a way of getting to your shop. I have done that before.

I have had sold items hearted! And I have felt bad because they have been items I can't make more of...

I just checked, and the hacky sack does not have any new views. It sounds like it is from bookmarking, but it wouldn't hurt to contact Etsy, if you want to be sure.

IMHO it probably wouldn't hurt to take advantage of the fact that those items are still being found and, if you can, make more and relist. They're being viewed anyway, why not let people buy them again?

They might be finding those items from google. I get search views on sold items from Google a lot.

I wouldn't consider it a problem. It's bringing someone to your shop.

I get several SOLD items a day showing up in my views and searches. I don't think it is an issue so much.

When I am building Treasuries, invariably within Etsy, items coming up under "Items matching your Taste" are sold when I go to them.

If someone comes to my shop via a sold listing, hopefully they will still peek in at other listings. Because I do Vintage and handmades, I can't relist a vintage piece .

It keeps me busy!
