Inventory..........Sets?

OK...craft star is going up this sunday....I'm like days away from launching My personal biz site.
Plus I'm set up to hit up some art shows this summer.

How do you suggest I handle inventory???

Right now I have ...well a box(its a cute box though!) With plastic zip locks with 10 or so items each...numbered. Then on each listing has the lot number it can be found it. Which has worked for just selling on etsy and on my FB page.

Should I have...3....4 0o different sets of inventory???
One set?

Or maybe one set for online ....and another for the fairs?

Ya...suggestions?

have like a 180ish...in etsy shop now(yes I know you cant see) ... so Lots of small items :/

i think maybe we're confused as to what you're talking about. what is craft star and i am confused about the multiable sites off line going on. what does tha tmean?

Mutiable sites I mean like have several shops online. Have a store in etsy, one on craftstar, and then my personal site has a shop section as well.

Since most of my items are OOAK I keep seperate boxes of inventory. When I'm doing a show I deactivate items from my etsy inventory to fill in. I'm working hard to have enough items for my shows that I don't have to do that.
