Introducing The New About Page For Your Shop

Hi sellers!

We've long ago established that telling your story on Etsy (of your product, of yourself, and of your shop) is incredibly important. Today we launched a dedicated place in your shop where you can share your story with the world. In your shop’s new About page you can add pictures of your process and talk through the special details that set your shop apart. Love Love the new "about" page. I took advantage of Etsy's active inner links and on my profile put a link to the "about" page. Also in the "about" page I put links to my shop section pages as I talked about what I create.

While I think this is a great idea, it is so obscure when you look at the shops that no one is really going to see it. It is above the profile, which no one looks at so why should they look at this.

If Etsy thinks this is important, then they should treat it as such on your shop's front page.
