Has anyone been having problems getting their orders to countries like Australia in a timely manner? It used to take around 10 days and now it's like three weeks to a month if not longer.

The longest shipping time I had was 4 weeks to Australia

yes I am in Canada and always have problems sending to Australia, England and Italy. Long, long shipping time.

Thank you so much. I have been so worried about two of my orders shipped out to Australia from Hawaii. It has been three weeks and still no delivery. Will give it some more time.

I ship from Canada as well and my last order to Australia took just over a month.

Australia has strick requirements. Youn just need to make sure that you fill up a customs declaration form and attach a packaing list with 2-3 invoices. You can check your local post office for guidelines on sending packages to other countries. Some are strict and others are very lax.

I'm glad I found this post. I've been freaking out all day because the guy at the post office told me the package I sent should arrive in about ten days, yet it's been three weeks and it still hasn't arrived. To top it off, I can't find the slip with all of my tracking info on it anywhere. :(

Thats weird. I haven't had problems shipping to Australia. I always ship priority or express USPS though. My last item took 6 days and it went to the middle of nowhere in Australia.

My packages to Australia used to get there in about a week, but I sent one to New Zealand a few weeks ago and it took over two weeks! Very nerve-wracking!

Lostnow : "priority or express USPS" is too expensive for a $30.00 item. But, I hope one day I'll be able to do that...

I'm worried about this as well because I'm working from rural Colombia. But I guess if your customers know ahead of time that there will be that delay, then they can't be too upset about it...
