If you only had one hour a day to promote or improve your shop, what would you do?

What a difficult question, renew a few, list a couple, pin a few, instagram my latest..... And if there's time left...... Check tags on top 3 or 4 listings!

I'd list a few items and then promote! It takes me about 10 minutes to list an item. I just hate it. But then I'd get out and promote that item.

In a perfect world, I would focus on one thing a day. Make one, list it and then promote it. Hell, doing this every other day would rock.

Assuming I had new items to list, I would list them. And work on my pictures. They always need improvement.

all these things, except treasuries. If you really have the time, do them for fun, but don't expect anything to happen because you made one or were in one. sorry, but thats my opinion.
set out one full uninterrupted hour a day and just do that one thing.

Work on tags and titles, make sure my listing are posted on a few sites that work for me, like wanelo or deviant art...

Check stats, see whats getting seen and what is not.
Work on the items with low views. Change pictures, adjust titles,
review listings and change as needed.

I think it works best in viewing and faving other shops and items. I believe my sales have come from sharing and fav'ing and increased my traffic.

Interesting thread! I would definitely LIST. That way, buyers can shop freely while I'm away/sleeping.

Promotion is something I usually forget since all of my customers come through etsy search, but it's not a bad idea so I'll add a fb post and share one of those items on pinterest.

I would list some new items, rearrange my shop and promote on Facebook, twitter etc.

I would work on getting new listings into my shop - photographing and editing and sitting down to list. That's the most time consuming thing for me.

List new items, pin, tweet and facebook a couple new items. Check to see where they are in relevancy and tweak tags/title if need be.
