Sale notifications don't arrive

Hello!
Since this morning (italian time zone) I don't receive sales notifications and convos (I use Outlook), I thought that was an e-mail service problem, but on my other Outlook account I receive mails!
Do you receive notifications form Etsy?

Umm. I received all my notifications via my gmail.
If you are using phone to check emails, my phone does not synchronize emails sometimes, so I won't receive the mails on my phone. But of course, if I check on the computer, the emails will be there.

It is worth checking....I had an order cancelled recently because I was away and relied on my phone to let me know. By the time I realised the customer had decided to cancel the order....which was fair enough. I did quickly check my emails on the computer, but did it on the desktop rather than going online. This particular email didn't get through... It was there online though. I will always check emails online and my Etsy shop daily in future.

I check mails on the pc! Unfortunately I don't receive e-mail from any sender. So, it is not an Etsy error but an Outlook error!

I hope to resolve the trouble ASAP!

I can't use outlook anymore because it is so unreliable!
