This was my best month! I finally started selling a product that a lot of people seem to really like. I sold around 125 bracelets and tripled my revenue from last year already!
Mine has been very good, I cannot complain. I completed my first wholesale order, was featured on the front page, and met all of my goals for the month. Hopefully February is even better!!!
In reading everyone's comments, I always click on the vintage shops to see what is selling. I was disturbed after seeing a shop in this thread that is misrepresenting some items as vintage. These items are produced in China and can be found in a lot of stores like Kirkland's or even wholesale on line. I do not want to report this shop, but think that this is extremely against Etsy's policies. If you read this, you will know who you are,
My views have gone up, but my sales have decreased. I did best in November, somehow. I plan to start advertising outside of Etsy starting tomorrow, so I'm hoping that will bring in a few sales.
I opened this month and business has been awesome! 25 orders and 51 shop admirers so far. I also had a 15 item order! I didn't think I'd get a sale for a long time so I'm more than thankful.
There was (and still is) a lot of trial and error. Especially with shipping! Now that I have a better scale I can do a much better job with estimating shipping prices. I'm also getting more of sense of which garments sell the most so I can keep stocking my shop with them. Looking forward to seeing what happens this year! Much success to all of you!
I had my best month ever in terms of sales. Historically January has been my highest grossing month. I don't quite understand it, but I'm not knocking it! Congratulations to all doing well and hang in there everybody else. I know winter is tough for many shops. Summer is slow for me.
I haven't had any sales yet, but I just started this month as of January 5th. I'm working on quadrupling my entire store this next month, as well as I have a ton of new soaps out ready to go and have been really working on tweaking everything in the process. I'm really working on pretty much 4 new soaps a week, taking product shots when the weather is sunny for the one lone hour here in Missouri, and am hoping to list my new stuff very soon. It's all very much exciting over here in the homefront.

Just 2 orders for the first week. But I'm steel so new in Etsy because I started to list items on October of 2012 so I think it's normal to have low sales but I'm pretty happy and trying to work on promoting my shop in blogs.
