How to set up the craft show icon?!?!?!

Soooo.. I got invited to sell at a craft show, i'm so excited! This is my first one! I wanted to let my local buyers know that I would be there, and I have seen it before, wishing I could just do it, but now that I want to, I can't seem to find where to go!!!! Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

If you go on Etsy local you can 'join' the event if it is already posted or add an event if not. It will then show in your shop you are attending

Thanks! Getting it set up right now on foursquare... And it's saying that something isn't right but i'm positive it is!!!! I don't know what to do!!! LOL

But when I try to do it on Etsy's create an event, it doesn't work!!!!!! I don't know what to do! The venue is the only thing not working.... Weird... any suggestions? PLEASE!
