How to put different prices for different materials when listing ???

Hello!

I've seen where some sellers offer an item with different variations at different prices. So, I could buy a necklace in silver for one price or choose it in gold for a different price all in one listing.

Anyone know how to do this? I keep looking at my listing template and can't figure it out.
