How to cancel

I can't seem to find the manage order option on the new orders and I need it! The customer and I want to cancel the order and redo it.

I think go the order and click on receipt. Then click on cancel. Good luck!!

Under More Actions (which is also a " ..." on my page) select Issue a Refund and then you will see the Cancel button

You'll have to issue a refund before cancelling.

Shop manager>sold orders>specific order>receipt.>manage order>issue refund>cancel order
