This month, I have a third of the sales I did in January, but the month isn't over yet. I did a little better last February. For U.S. buyers, I'm wondering how the 2013 new taxes are affecting things. A lot of people are noticing higher tax witholdings on their paychecks now. Less money to spend!
So far, I've had more sales this month than I had all of December. I'm attributing it to the fact that I'm adding items like a crazy person and have worked really hard on my tags and titles.
I haven't had a sale since January, and that was a friend that was buying a custom item. Its hard to be in college and run a shop. I'm hoping I'll get some sales soon, though...like I'm always hoping.
I feel like this month has been sort of slow, but right now I'm at the same amount of sales as last year and there's still a few more days! So, trying to stay positive!
Just tried facebook ads for the first time, hoping this will help!
Slow, both January and February...Am now adding more international countries and renewing some of my best items here and there. Hope things pick up soon for all of us who have had a slow spell!
I started in July and had a few sales not much, hardly any through Dec. Then Jan 2nd to now I doubled my sales! So I'm not complaining as Jan and Feb have been very good to me!
This has been my best month yet! I met my sales revenue goal for the month by the 15th :) Time of year is irrelevant for my shop, people have babies year-round :)
I'm getting more views and favorites but no sales at them moment. Hopefully the favs will turn into sales in future. In the meantime I am using the slow period to develop some new items and make a few exhibition pieces.
This is my first February with Etsy. The beginning of the month was great due to the Valentine's Day sales. I noticed sales slowed down dramatically after V-day. I have received a few sales after Feb. 14th. Overall, I cannot complain (20 orders, 22 sales). I'm happy with February's sales thus far.
