Coming up on my 2-month anni and just got my 4th sale :) They have all been within the last month as well, it feel so great to finally build a tiny bit of momentum. I can't wait to see where I will be in 10 more months!
I made the mistake of opening shop putting a few listings in and waiting for sales thinking I was done. That was 2 years ago. In September of last year I really started working on my photography and shop appearance and got consistent with my listings. I am now at 39 sales and I feel pretty good about that. I am trying to increase my offline promotion to continue to build on that.
I am approaching my one year in about a month and have had 23 sales in that time However, 9 of those have been this month, so I'd say things were pretty slow for most of that time. I've found that the more inventory I add the more sales I get (making it hard to get my inventory up - good problem to have!).
I opened my shop the end of June 2011 and have 80 sales to date. It's not easy, but I'm determined to make it! I would like to make 100 sales by my first Etsy-versary.
I opened May 4th 2011 so I'm not a year old yet and I've had 18 sales. Would like to see some more sales per month but am having to learn about social media and SEO as I go because these are new to me also.
We listed our first item last August and had our first sale in October. We have had 31 sales total. We have seen a vast improvement in sales and view since December. I spend lots and lots and lots of time on Etsy and feel that that has helped with our growing popularity. We definitely hope to have 100 sales in our first year...so we'll see this coming August :)
I really must be doing something wrong. My etsyversary was Jan 20 and I only have 25 sales. I would love to hit 200 sales by this time next year. Any suggestions? --------- we must be on the same boat. I sold 36 but 1 was a trade, 2 were from friends and 4 were destash sold at a loss. so thats 29 sales after 10 months of 12 hour days 6 days a week. talk about a downer! lol, thank god for vodka.
5 months here and 58 sales. My goal was 60 sales by the end of this month, with tomorrow being the last day of the month, I may not make it but am very happy with my progress thus far. :)
My 1 year Etsy anniversary will be on Feb. 7. To date, I've had 84 sales, all since September. I was trying sooo hard, but I had no idea what I was doing. Then, in September, I started educating myself, and started making what was "fun" to me... and I've been way more successful ever since. :)
I've been open a little over 2 months... 14 sales. I hope in a year to have at least 100 sales.. if not more. I plan to Be-Aggressive-Be-Be-Aggressive!
My shop has been active for 6 months.. and 86 sales. This year will be so much better now that I understand more about listings and how to promote. Lots of work, but it's a great feeling when you get a sale.
