How many views do you want?

Realistically, how many views would you like to have per day? Of course, I'd like to have as many views needed to get that one sale, but more views typically also mean more favorites and treasuries.

In the very beginning, I was lucky to get 50 views in one MONTH! Around the holidays, I was getting 500 a day, but that number has dropped to about 300 per day. (I sell greeting cards, which is why the holidays were a successful time for me). Although I'm averaging 300, I know I need around 500 to sell consistently. That extra 200 views is the difference between having a sale and not having one.

500 just seems to be my magic number. If I got any more than that, I know I wouldn't be able to keep up with messages and treasury lists.

I got 253 views today and made a sell, I only have 17 items.. I think I am doing alright! I hope to have around 100 views everyday once I get more inventory.

my views are still fluctuating from 50 to 200...
I'm proud of the sales I have had:) I would just like to get some more tips & start making sales daily!

My views are usually around 100. Sometime more, sometimes (way) less, but I'm happy with my sales. I just realized, because of this post, that I have made my 75th and 76th sale, lol.

It really is unpredictable though. I can get 400 views and no sales, or 120 views and several sales.

I am at 225 views right now and made 4 sales today, all within three hours. :)

I average between 50 and 70 views per day. Would be great to have more views but it's sales that count! :)

I tend to average anywhere between 800 and 1200 views each day but its not the views that count.

The views that I want are the ones that turn into sales!

That happens when my target customer falls in love with my shop.

To be honest, I am pretty happy to get over 100 a day. That is my aim at the moment. Though hopefully that number will continue to rise.

I agree with views vs sales....I love the views, but at the end of the day it is the sale in the column that makes me dance!

I only average 100 views or so a day, If I started average\ing 200 I would guess I might be tagging and titling more correctly ....the everyday saga of trying to figure it all out, huh?

I tend to get anywhere between 20 - 100 views a day, but I have a more obscure theme. I'm still trying to find what will work with tagging etc. though.

I'd rather work on getting the sale:view ratio down, rather than just outright getting masses of views. I know, I'm not trendy or popular.

I'm trying to get to 100 views a day... right now I'm around 45 a day, and that's through promoting & listing. I sell art, which is competitive, but I make awesome work... so at least I have some confidence keeping me going right now

I haven't attempted to do advertising anywhere, but I'm researching and hoping to get to that point soon. I just got over 40 listings today.... so I hope adding more to my shop will get me a boost :)

My average is pretty low too: 50 - 100.
But my sales are increasing each month, so that is good. I would love to get more. I just joined the SEO team and that might help me. Thanks for posting the link ! :)

I average 200-300 views per day, but I also advertise outside of Etsy. I noticed an increase in views when I got over 75 items in my shop. I would like to see my shop get 500-1000+ per day.

I average 30 a day...but today I signed on with Linkedin, as well as posted some threads, and I'm at 300! O_O

Wow those listing views are soo high in comparison to mine. I don't know if more views will automatically equate to more sales. Although I am very much a newbie, the items I have sold, have been ones that have had sometimes the least views....
