You can leave a review by clicking on the Purchases and Reviews tab under the YOU headline on your Etsy page. I'm not sure what that looks like if you're not a shop owner though. I usually respond to happy customers who reach out with a nice little note along the lines of...
"Thanks for letting me know you liked your order, I'm so glad to hear that worked out for you. Your 5 star review is greatly appreciated. To leave feedback through Etsy just click on the Purchases and Reviews tab at the top right on your Etsy page. Thanks so much for supporting Handmade!"
I think there is a link of sorts that's generic, but I've never used it and still people get to leave their review. Congrat's on your happy customer!!
