I just became a member of this team, and I wanted to introduce myself. I just opened a store and I am very new to selling on Etsy. I've been reading the posts on this team and they are very educational (I've already done some changes to my store based on the advice here, thanks!).

I am a bit on the introverted side so I might be a little quiet, nontheless, I am lurking around.

Just wanted to say that I like your covers on white than dark granite. I think it shows better that way.

Hi, Yovy, congratulations on the launch of your shop!

I agree that your covers would look better on white backgrounds. I suggest you accept cancellations. I accept cancellations within one hour. One day Etsy had a glitch with orders and my customer was afraid Etsy had doubled her order from me so I straightaway added the ability to cancel orders within an hour for my customers' peace of mind.

Listing more merchandise will help you get found.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome and the advice! I was definitely considering new photography.

I'm glad your advice confirms using a light background would be better.

I will change my policy to accept cancellations as well.
