How do you change a review?

I got a negative review from a customer because their item got lost in the mail. I've since made it right and they want to change the review and are asking me how. I have no clue! Anyone out there know what I should say? Thanks!

Hi John,
Cute Photo!
Yes, tell your customer to go to YOU at the top right of your computer screen
Click on Purchases and Reviews.
Scroll down to the correct purchase and right under the review you wrote is an Edit review in blue letters.
Click on it and edit.
