How do I revise a shipping price for an invoice that was already paid?

How do I change the shipping on an invoice that was already paid by paypal? My customer wants express shipping instead of first class.

You need to send the buyer a separate invoice just for the shipping straight from Paypal:

I just had to do this and going straight through Paypal is the easiest way.
