I am completely new here and very overwhelmed! Where does a newbie go to learn the tips of the trade? How do I make a banner for my shop? I'm not super technological. Is there a site with easy instructions somewhere? Thanks!
Hi, i was stressed about my banner too. All i did was edit a picture of one of my designs and put my store name across it and uploaded the pic to my banner. There is a section in your shop edits where it asks you to browse for a pic. That was all i did. you can get fancier, but for me right now it works. Good luck.
Oh thanks so much! I did a simple one from one of the apps. I'll have my daughter help me with a nicer one when she comes home for Christmas. She's in home graphic designer!
I made mine in GIMP as well. I hadn't the slightest clue what I was doing since I never played around much with Photoshop and it's kind of like that. I read the instructions in the GIMP FAQ on how to make banners, that helped a lot!
