I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'URL image'.
You need to create listings for items you want to sell in your Etsy shop. Select 'add new item' from the drop-down that appears under 'your shop' (top right of your screen), or the list on the left of your 'listings manager' screen.
If you're having trouble adding photos, you click on the blue dot with the plus. A window will pop up, use it to find the picture on your computer- usually somewhere in the 'pictures' library. I try to save all of my shop pictures in a special folder so its easier to find them.
